Your Role: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support
