We are looking for an experienced CRM Automation Specialist to help us build a simplified and efficient CRM system for our moving company. We currently use a CRM and will provide access for reference. Your role is to create a cleaner, more streamlined version with essential features and reliable workflow automation.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with GoHighLevel, Make.com, CRM automation, data mapping, integrations, and lead management. You should be able to design a smooth operational system that improves lead generation, scheduling, client management, and communication workflows.
Responsibilities
Build a simplified CRM based on our existing structure
Configure pipelines, custom fields, tagging, segmentation, and lead routing
Automate key workflows for leads, quotes, bookings, follow-ups, and internal notifications
Integrate CRM with existing tools (forms, calendars, email, messaging systems)
Ensure clean data flow, duplicate prevention, and consistent mapping
Set up reporting dashboards for leads and jobs
Provide documentation and a clear handover

Strong experience with GoHighLevel
Expertise in Make.com (multi-step scenarios, error handling, API connections)
CRM setup & optimization
