About the position Responsibilities • Build and maintain a relationship with the Government customer contracting office and Government appointed CORs. • Receive, log, and store all correspondence received/sent to the Government customer. • Draft and submit timely responses to all Government correspondence. • Coordinate, review, and submit reports (CDRLs) in compliance with contract requirements. • Maintain contract files in accordance with regulations. • Coordinate with HomeSafe Leadership Team and appropriate functions to review contract modifications and task orders for execution. • Draft, review, and record all contractual documents and correspondence. • Provide recommendations on contract matters to the Leadership Team and functional teams. Requirements • Experience in contract administration and management, particularly in government contracting. • Strong understanding of FAR regulations and compliance requirements. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with government officials and internal teams. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple contracts and documentation. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders. Nice-to-haves • Experience with military or government contracts is preferred. • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus. • Familiarity with contract management software and tools.
