Job Responsibilities: Develop and update Compliance processes and procedures, ensuring they align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements; Support the Manager in drafting and refining documentation to maintain a comprehensive and accurate compliance library; Create detailed process maps for compliance workflows, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency; Analyze existing processes, proposing enhancements to streamline operations and improve compliance effectiveness; Actively participate in the development and refinement of QA processes for Compliance teams, aligning with their needs and specifics; Perform regular quality control checks on regular and ad-hoc activities, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions when necessary; Support the Manager in implementing and maintaining QA standards across the compliance team; Assist in preparing documentation and responses for internal and external audits; Track audit findings and collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of follow-up actions; Support the Manager on key compliance projects, ensuring assigned tasks are completed on schedule; Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project deliverables, providing regular updates to the Team Lead; Actively participate in the development and refinement of Productivity Tracking processes and reports for Compliance teams, aligning with their needs and specifics; Identify areas for productivity improvement within team workflows, proposing process enhancements, and implementing approved changes; Assist in drafting and distributing weekly compliance newsletters, ensuring content is accurate and relevant to the team and stakeholders; Identify key topics and updates for inclusion, contributing to a clear, informative, and engaging newsletter; Develop and deliver training materials, working closely with the Manager and relevant teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance; Assist in managing access permissions, and conducting audits to ensure role-based access is maintained for compliance systems and workspaces; Collaborate with IT and security teams to resolve access issues and ensure secure access protocols. Job Requirements: Proven track record in developing and updating processes and procedures; Experience in drafting documentation and training materials; Experience with process improvement; Effective project management abilities; Experience within compliance is considered a plus; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Multi-tasking and high attention to detail.
