About the position
Credit Union has an opportunity for a Call Center - Member Service Representative (MLS). This work-from-home/hybrid position requires one week in the office every 6–8 weeks and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding member service while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while delivering outstanding service.
• Engage with members to understand their needs and promote credit union products and services.
• Handle account inquiries, loan requests, and identify opportunities to enhance product penetration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service Teams, and Member Loyalty Leaders to uphold a strong service culture.
• Provide accurate information and ensure timely processing of member requests.
• Think independently to address unique member situations with creative solutions.
• Support member education events and ensure all compliance and training requirements are met.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow organizational procedures to achieve credit union goals.
• Adapt to changes and actively contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
• 2+ years in member services or lending operations preferred; credit union experience is a plus.
• Proven customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in computer and financial software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly prefered.
• A strong internet connection is a MUST. If you do not have reliable internet, you will be required to work in the office full time.
