- 1+ years of professional workforce experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
