Position: Dispatcher – Non-CDL Box Trucks Company: Miami Exotic Juice & Produce LLC Location: Remote Pay: 10% of gross revenue per truck, or flat $300/week Looking for a dispatcher who understands load boards, route optimization, and driver communication. You’ll keep trucks moving while we scale — with opportunities for long-term growth. This is a company with a brand new MC authority with one truck, please keep that in mind when applying to this position. Responsibilities: • Book loads through DAT, TruckStop, and direct brokers • Handle daily operations with contracted drivers • Maintain contact, check-ins, and ELD compliance • Coordinate with the sales team on new drivers or lease-on clients Requirements: • 1+ year dispatching experience preferred • Must understand ELD, fuel routing, and compliance basics • Bonus if you have your own MC or dispatch service but can work under ours Job Type: Contract Pay: $51,779.00 - $57,840.00 per year Schedule: • Home daily Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
