About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can deliver exceptional support to English and Spanish-speaking customers. You’ll assist with questions, resolve issues, and ensure every customer feels heard and supported.

What You’ll Do
• Support customers via phone, email, and chat in English and Spanish
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries with care and clarity
• Document interactions and manage cases within our CRM system
• Follow established workflows to ensure quick and efficient service
• Collaborate with internal departments for escalated or ongoing issues
• Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience during every interaction
What We’re Looking For
• Bilingual: English + Spanish (fluent in both verbal and written communication)
• 1+ year in customer service (call center experience a plus but not required)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working with computers and customer support software
• Dependable, positive attitude, and a passion for helping others
Preferred (Not Required)
• Remote work experience
• Knowledge of support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.
