The IT Help Desk provides first level technical support through telephone and email. You will be the first point of contact for the end users for all hardware and software related issues of both proprietary and standard applications such as Microsoft Office, VPN, Citrix, and MDM (mobile device management). Perform account management and maintenance for various applications and systems (e.g., create or modify user accounts and permissions, and perform password resets). This position is work from home/remote/telecommute making it open to applications from all provinces including: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
