Airline & Corporate Catering Lead Generation Researcher (Long-Term Role)
Hourly: $4–$8/hr

Iacofano’s Catering is expanding our inflight catering and corporate catering services across multiple U.S. regions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Researcher to help us build high-quality prospect lists and enter verified leads into Microsoft Dynamics 365.
This is a long-term role for someone who is reliable, accurate, and able to follow a clear process every day.
What You Will Do
You will research and build targeted lead lists for the airline and corporate aviation industries, including:
1. Airline Industry Lead Research
Using LinkedIn and research tools to find:
Inflight Catering Managers
Catering Procurement Managers
Vendor Managers
Station Managers
Inflight Service/Experience Leaders
Corporate jet & charter service contacts
2. Data Collection Requirements
For each verified lead, you will gather:
Full Name
Job Title
Company
Email (verified)
Phone (direct or company line)
Location (City, State, Country)
LinkedIn URL
Short qualification note (Why this person is relevant)
Tier rating (decision-maker, influencer, or support role)
3. CRM Entry (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
You will enter each lead into our CRM, following exact field formatting:
Topic line
Company
Job Title
Lead Source
Notes
Address fields
Accuracy must be very high. No duplicates.
4. Weekly Lead Quota
You will produce:
50 verified leads per week
Clean, accurate data that meets all criteria
A weekly summary report of all leads added
Tools You Will Use
You should be confident with:
LinkedIn (required; Sales Navigator is a bonus)
Email discovery tools (Hunter, Apollo, ContactOut, etc.)
Google Sheets or Excel
CRM software (Dynamics preferred but not required; we will train)
Requirements
Strong English reading/writing skills
Experience with B2B lead generation or data research
Ability to verify emails and avoid incorrect contact info
Attention to detail and consistency
Ability to follow a documented workflow
Reliability — this is a long-term partnership
