  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat

  • Assist customers with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting of our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines

    Requirements:
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Time management and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
