Technology Troubleshooter: You'll be the go-to expert for our customers, helping them troubleshoot issues with their cellular phones, billing, and other technical concerns. Work from Home Requirements: To ensure a distraction-free workspace, you'll need a quiet, dedicated home office with a reliable internet connection (at least 20 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download). Location: You'll need to be located within 50 miles of a blithequark facility to ensure easy access to our resources and support. Communication: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. You'll need to pass a fluency test to demonstrate your language proficiency.
