Essential Qualifications: To succeed as a Chat Customer Representative at blithequark, you'll need: A love for customers and their experience with our products. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM platforms. Knowledge of customer support metrics and industry best practices.
