International Marketing Coordinator, Music Group [Remote]
The Disney Music Group (DMG) is the music hub for The Walt Disney Company, encompassing all aspects of music commercialization and marketing: recorded music (Walt Disney Records and Hollywood Records), Disney Music Publishing, and Disney Concerts. DMG distributes music both physically and digitally and also licenses music throughout the world in various forms of media including television, print, gaming, and consumer products. The Disney Music Group International Marketing Coordinator provides high-level administrative, operational, and creative support to the VP and the broader international marketing team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth execution of global music initiatives and cross-functional collaboration across Disney's international markets. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Include: Administrative & Executive Support • Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones. • Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reports. • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations for internal and external meetings. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Serve as a liaison between the VP, internal departments, and external partners. Operational Support • Assist in tracking global campaigns, release schedules, and deliverables in partnership with all departments. • Maintain and update departmental tools (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet, SharePoint) and manage contact lists, market updates, and global release trackers. • Support the coordination of international market meetings/calls, team off-sites, and events. • Serve as a point-of-contact on departmental invoice processing, vendor setup, and budget tracking in partnership with Finance. Creative & Marketing Coordination • Assist with the rollout of international campaigns for Disney soundtracks, catalog, and frontline artist projects. • Gather and distribute international marketing assets, performance reports, and promotional materials. • Coordinate communication between regional teams and US headquarters. Required Skills: • 1+ year(s) of administrative or coordinator-level experience in entertainment, preferably in music, film, or media. • Experience supporting senior executives in a global or corporate setting • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Airtable, Smartsheet,etc.) • Global mindset and sensitivity to cultural nuances. • Passion for music, storytelling, and Disney's creative legacy. • Enthusiasm for Disney IP, international music markets, and cross-cultural marketing. • Great diplomacy and people skills • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience • Must be available to work onsite 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday). Fridays are remote with flexibility to work onsite as needed. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with DSPs, metadata systems, and marketing analytics tools is preferred. The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $51,000 to $66,000 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
