HR Generalist w/ Rippling Experience (Contract, Part-Time)

What You Will Do We’re seeking a highly skilled Rippling expert to partner with our Director of HR in supporting our annual review cycle, compensation planning, and goal-setting processes. This role is ideal for someone who has deep hands-on experience with Rippling’s performance management and compensation modules, detail-oriented, and can help streamline and operationalize key people processes during our busiest HR season. Key Responsibilities • Support Annual Review Cycle: • * Configure and manage performance review workflows in Rippling. • Ensure review forms, timelines, and notifications are functioning correctly. • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues quickly during the live cycle. • Compensation Planning: • * Assist with setup and validation of compensation data within Rippling. • Partner on the creation and testing of merit and bonus cycles. • Generate reports and provide insights to support compensation review discussions. • Goal Setting: • * Support the setup of 2026 company and individual OKR goal frameworks within Rippling. • Ensure goal templates, visibility, and alignment functions are optimized. • Training & Rollout Support: • * Help create simple how-to guides and training materials for managers and employees. • Provide direct support to employees and managers during rollout periods. • Share best practices and optimize system use based on feedback. What You Need To Succeed • 5 years and proven experience administering Rippling HRIS, specifically Performance Management, Goals, and Compensation modules. • Bachelor's degree • Strong understanding of annual review and compensation planning processes. • Excellent data accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. • Comfortable managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to communicate clearly and provide user-friendly guidance and documentation. • HR program management experience preferred • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, work both independently and as a team member, and to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly detailed, organized and efficient manner. • High emotional intelligence, ability to read a room and manage numerous personalities. • Operate in an empathic, collaborative, and rigorous manner. • Ability to respond to Peak team members, external team members and clients quickly.
