Head of Learning & Operations

We’re looking for a Head of Learning & Operations who will build our backbone for scaling the company, lead a high-performing consulting team, and drive measurable outcomes for our enterprise customers. Help enterprises upskill at scale. At Bots & People, we design and deliver global upskilling initiatives in topics like AI, Data, or Personal Productivity. Tasks You will manage a team of currently 4 talented Senior Learning Consultants and one operations manager. You work closely with our CEO Nico Bitzer to develop the company further. What you’ll do Build the operating system for delivery: Maintain a didactical, process and content backbone for the Bots & People Delivery of high class live sessions and learning journeys. Implement best practices within the team like facilitation guidelines, quality assurance, trainer selection etc. Team Leadership & People management: Coach, and grow a team of so far four Learning Consultants. Drive company values and team building across the company. Enterprise Portfolio & Profit: Own revenue retention and expansion with our Enterprise Accounts. Shape solutions with senior stakeholders (HR/L&D/Transformation/Business Units). Ensure engagements are profitable. Trainer & Expert Ecosystem: Build and govern our expert network. Standardize onboarding and feedback loops to ensure consistently exceptional delivery at scale. Roll-up-your-sleeves (when needed): Confidently step in to lead sessions or manage projects on Digital upskilling to unblock or elevate a program. Operational excellence: Manage operational and financial success across the company. What success looks like (first 6–12 months) Delivery NPS 40+ across all customers ≥ 95% on-budget delivery Documented, adopted playbooks, content library & documentation across the team Expansion & Retention: Support Sales to keep a 150% Net Revenue Retention across our Accounts Happy and growing team members across the organisation Requirements ✅ What You Bring 7–10+ years in enterprise/management consulting or in an edtech startup/scaleup, including program leadership for global clients. 3+ years of experience leading teams. Strong, applied project/program management skills. Proven ability to build structure quickly: Develop scoped programs with clear ownership. Experience in L&D/HR/Transformation within large organizations. A direct and honest communicator who gives and receives feedback effectively. Tech- and AI-savvy; you simplify complex topics. Outstanding communication skills in English. Nice-to-Have A track record of building learning portfolios. Experience in scaling trainer ecosystems.
