Global Associate, Experiential and Content Production
Job Description: • Work closely with the team’s Global Associate Director and other team members to manage priority projects and both day-to-day and long-term operations of AUX and wider GECP team • Coordinate event and/or content logistics across portfolio including Catering/F&B orders, Travel and Entertainment bookings, onsite artist management, artist briefings, vendor payments and contracts • Act as coordinator to the AUX Lead and support AUX/GECP team administrative needs including preparing materials, drafting communications, assembling updates, creating presentations, team briefs • Project manage key initiatives for major productions collaborating across business and external partners • Support the AUX Coordinator in managing calendar of deliverables and facilitate regular team touchpoints • Organize and facilitate team meetings, cross-functional project meetings, kick-offs, post-mortems, and leadership meetings • Assist in management of monthly reporting and tracking of AUX production budgets, invoicing process, supplier payments, supplier onboarding, statements of work, and contracts • Assist planning, production, and execution of live events for content and experiential objectives • Directly manage and support a team of vendors and freelancers across multiple executions • Support in management of project timelines, ensure deadlines are met, and facilitate leadership reviews and approval processes • Build global rolodex of vendors and partners to help bring visions to life • Support onsite needs of events in pre-production and production as directed Requirements: • 3+ years of direct experience in event, content, and concert show production • strong understanding of the pace, ways of working, and needs of the production industry • experience managing a busy calendar, arranging meetings and managing travel • previous experience advancing and managing client, exec and/or talent hospitality needs • experience researching and working directly with vendors to manage onboarding, organize schedules, and all production needs • proactive problem solver with strong prioritization skills • ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and create clarity amidst ambiguity • extremely organized with joy in logistics • mastery in excel, Google Suite, and preparing PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations • critical, strategic and tactical thinker with visualization skills • strong budget management skills and ability to assist in reconciliation and profitability tracking • experience building strong relationships with external and internal partners and stakeholder management skills • expert communicator with strong writing and synthesis abilities • ability to travel domestically and internationally Benefits: • health insurance • six month paid parental leave • 401(k) retirement plan • monthly meal allowance • 23 paid days off • 13 paid flexible holidays
