Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure seamless and efficient issue resolution Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate records and ensure effective issue resolution Maintain a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, to deliver expert customer experiences Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty Deliver expert customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and courteous Essential Qualifications Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support environment Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Technical support experience preferred, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and client products High school diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in computer navigation skills and PC knowledge Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable desktop or laptop and high-speed internet connection Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred, with a strong understanding of mobile devices and operating systems Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of success in a self-motivated and disciplined setting Career Growth and Development Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, with a significant percentage of management positions filled by internal promotions.
