About the Team and Role We're seeking a highly skilled Strategy & Operations Manager to join our DashPass team, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and driving business growth. As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing growth and quality initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and driving data-driven decision-making. You'll be working closely with various teams across blithequark, including Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Design, to build, launch, and scale new opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy development and implementation of growth and quality initiatives for DashPass Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, launch, and scale new opportunities Influence and partner with various teams to bring ideas to life Use data-driven decision-making to run tests and experiments on new support experiences and retention-driving programs Build and launch new products and plans from the ground up Analyze the operational and financial impacts of decisions and iterate given insights Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth, or other related areas Analytics experience in SQL, building financial models, and performance tracking A track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a cross-functional team environment Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills A BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knowledge of the subscription economy and customer experience trends Experience with data visualization tools and techniques Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and presentation skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to think strategically and drive business growth Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
