Job Overview The Senior Security Analyst - Identity and Access Management (IAM) will play a critical role in analyzing, strengthening, and securing our organization's IAM systems and overall security posture. This position focuses on proactive analysis, collaboration across teams, and supporting compliance efforts to continuously improve our organization's security landscape. As a Senior Security Analyst - IAM, you will be responsible for performing analysis of IAM systems to identify vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, as well as proactively recommending and implementing strategies to enhance security, streamline processes, and ensure optimal system functionality. Key Responsibilities Perform analysis of IAM systems to identify vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and areas for improvement Proactively recommend and implement strategies to enhance security, streamline processes, and ensure optimal system functionality Collaborate with development teams, IT security specialists, and other stakeholders to integrate secure identity solutions throughout the product lifecycle Participate in compliance efforts by ensuring IAM systems comply with relevant regulations and internal policies Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address potential compliance gaps Stay up-to-date with emerging IAM best practices, industry standards, and threats, and adapt and implement new technologies and processes to maintain a robust and secure IAM environment Provide support for the implementation and administration of IAM platforms Respond to break/fix requests, monitor environment, and support Digital Technology in any change management process for development, QA, and production environments Ensure IAM solutions adhere to regulatory, compliance, and internal requirements Maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures Provide reports as requested for compliance Collaborate with Digital Guard and other departments on an as-needed basis Ensure IAM security is aligned with the overall security strategy to reduce risk to the organization Collaborate with development teams and other IAM management consumers to provide guidance on the implementation and use of IAM capabilities in enterprise systems Collaborate with other IAM team members to provide guidance on IAM-related matters and provide input to policy design and system maintenance Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Enterprise or Consumer Identity and Access Management, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentications (MFA), and Authentication, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration ideas. You should also have a deep understanding of identity protocols and technologies, such as OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth, SAML, Active Directory, API Gateways, SCIM, and platforms like Ping Identity, Okta, MS Azure, and ForgeRock. In addition, you should have knowledge of fraud prevention and detection, identity proofing and identity verification technologies, as well as current software lifecycle development and digital cloud infrastructure deployment. You should also be familiar with policies that reflect system security objectives and have the ability to determine how a security system works, including its scalability and resilience capabilities, and how changes in conditions, operations, or the environment will affect these outcomes. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or a related field, is required. You should also be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship and be able to successfully complete an interview to meet employment eligibility. Preferred Qualifications A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as network security, risk management, or computer science, is preferred. You should also have certifications like CISA, CISM, or CISSP, as well as 3+ years of related experience. Knowledge of organizational standards and policies (ISO, NIST) and compliance regulations (SOX, PCI, FAA, GDPR, PII) is also desirable.
