Your key responsibilities will include: * **Providing customer support**: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues via telephone, email, or instant message. * **Handling customer inquiries**: Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries. * **Troubleshooting customer problems**: Identify the root cause of customer problems and use tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer problems. * **Escalating issues**: When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, escalate to appropriate resources and follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring. * **Tracking and documenting support requests**: Ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues and update customer information accurately. * **Meeting job standards**: Meet quality standards, adhere to schedule, and maintain average handle time. * **Providing guidance and mentoring**: May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates. * **Other related duties**: Perform other related duties as assigned. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Excellent customer service skills**: Build high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. * **Ability to work remotely**: Thrive in a virtual team environment and maintain productivity while working from home. * **Over 18 years of age**: Meet the minimum age requirement for this role. * **Ability to type 25 wpm**: Meet the minimum typing speed requirement. * **High School Graduate or GED**: Meet the minimum educational requirement. * **Proficient in PC operation and navigation**: Demonstrate basic computer skills and knowledge. * **Effective people skills**: Demonstrate sensitivity and empathy when dealing with others. * **Ability to work independently and in a team**: Balance individual and team responsibilities effectively. * **Excellent communication skills**: Possess strong oral and written communication skills. * **Ability to work in a constantly changing environment**: Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * **Ability to stay composed and objective**: Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in challenging situations. * **Organization and work prioritization skills**: Prioritize tasks effectively and manage your time efficiently. **Apply Now** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
