About the Role This is a remote position that offers a flexible, hybrid arrangement, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic team. As a Remote Medical Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our patients and clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to the next level when necessary. You will also be responsible for performing administrative duties, managing emails, and participating in regular departmental meetings to provide feedback and contribute to process improvement strategies.
