About the Role blithequark is seeking full-time Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting medical providers, patients, and billing services by answering inbound calls and providing clear, helpful information about services and claims. We provide all the required equipment, so you can focus on delivering exceptional support from the comfort of your own home. As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one, including medical, dental, vision, retirement with employer matching, internet stipend, and more. Your starting wage will be $19.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn more through our performance-driven incentives. You can earn up to $300 in monthly incentives and extra PTO by meeting performance goals, and with a clear path to advancement, you can achieve pay increases within your first year. Additionally, you'll be eligible for an annual bonus of up to 7% and year-round prizes and appreciation. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into our proprietary medical bill review system Regularly operate across multiple systems and applications to support daily responsibilities and ensure seamless task execution Provide explanations of benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures to medical providers, patients, and billing services Interface with providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters in a professional manner Maintain a quiet and professional work environment free of distractions Work in a metrics-driven environment, meeting performance goals and adhering to a consistent work schedule Maintain a reliable remote setup with broadband or fiber internet from a reputable provider, offering at least 25 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds Requirements To succeed as a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: 1-2 years of prior inbound call center customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and strong technical aptitude High school diploma or equivalent Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound calls while simultaneously capturing detailed and accurate notes Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Edge Ability to learn basic medical terminology Ability to work independently in a distraction-free environment Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a medical insurance or related field (not required, as training is provided) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to providing opportunities for our team members to grow and develop in their careers.
