As a key member of our clinical trials team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely entry of data into various electronic data capture (EDC) systems. Your attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy will be invaluable in this role. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in research or clinical trials, is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Transcribe source data into EDC systems per protocol requirements, following established standards and good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines. Verify the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other applicable regulatory requirements in the execution of all EDC activities. Respond to queries within the EDC system in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation of clinical trials. Assist the clinical research team with quality controls (QC) of patient files, adhering to established standards and protocols. Prepare and scan documents into EDC systems and databases as required. Support the clinical team in preparing for onsite monitoring visits for each study protocol, ensuring all necessary documents and data are up-to-date and readily available. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent. High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
