About the Role We are looking for a Remote Data Entry Clerk to manage the day-to-day operations of our data entry team, ensuring that all incoming orders are processed efficiently and accurately. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for determining staffing needs, hiring employees, overseeing assignment of employees, and planning for staff development. Key Responsibilities Utilize financial data to improve profitability and prepare and manage operational budgets Meet deadlines based on schedules and goals, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively Improve processes and policies to support organizational goals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed Ensure high customer service standards while supporting sales and marketing activities, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills Assist in the development of strategic plans for data entry operational activities, analyzing the efficiency of our data entry area operation and planning for growth with a focus on quality and accuracy Establish and maintain safety policies to ensure the safety of all individuals present in the data entry area, participating in Continuous Quality Initiatives and helping to institute and develop a culture of quality and excellence Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school education or a bachelor's degree in business or a related field. A high level of knowledge of Long-term Care Pharmacy systems is preferred, although not essential. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage your workload with minimal supervision.
