Review data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and organized. Organize and update resort documents, spreadsheets, and databases, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive guest and resort information. Assist with preparing reports and summarizing data as needed, providing valuable insights to support business decisions. Maintain effective communication with the team, ensuring that all data-related queries are addressed promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a remote environment.
