Key Responsibilities Enter data into computer systems or databases with high accuracy and attention to detail Verify the accuracy of data entered and perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity Perform clerical work involving the processing of documents and information, using computer literacy skills Relay factual information or explain simple procedures to other offices and/or the public via phone, email, or other communication channels Meet deadlines and work efficiently to achieve productivity goals Utilize computer word-processing and Microsoft Office applications, as well as Google, to perform job duties Participate in training and implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) strategies, if required Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in a related area, performing secretarial or general office work in an office with considerable public contact Working knowledge of computer word-processing and Microsoft Office applications, as well as Google Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills US and Canada residency required Preferred qualifications include experience with data entry software, familiarity with PBIS strategies, and a certification in data entry or a related field.
