Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch service and support via inbound calls. Your primary responsibilities will include answering billing inquiries, handling disconnect/reconnect requests, making payment arrangements, and assisting with online account management, among other tasks. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect requests, payment arrangements, and other customer-related issues Process trouble and outage orders, as well as move-in/move-out service requests Assist customers with online account management, including making payments and setting up budget billings Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and retention goals Adhere to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch schedule, with flexibility to work overtime as needed Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to type at a minimum of 35-40 words per minute. Prior call center experience is highly preferred, along with a strong attendance record and computer navigation skills. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
