Day-to-Day Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from customers who have been affected by disasters, providing relief assistance and resources in a professional and empathetic manner Maintain a high level of professionalism and composure when interacting with customers, even in challenging situations Follow established work instructions and scripts for calls and documentation, ensuring that all interactions are accurate and efficient Provide exceptional customer service, actively managing one-on-one relationships with customers and ensuring that their needs are met Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that customers receive seamless and comprehensive support Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You will need to be proficient in English, both written and verbal, and have above basic proficiency with computers and smartphones. You will also need to be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work between the hours of 7 AM - 11 PM ET, seven days a week.
