Experienced Remote Customer Care Manager – Travel Package Expert and Team Leader for Exceptional Client Experiences

About the Role As a Remote Customer Care Manager at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills in leadership, persuasion, and customer service. You will serve as a member of our team, participating in monthly calls and meetings (virtual), and embodying our company's mission. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the needs of our customers and work closely with them to create personalized itineraries that meet their unique preferences and requirements. Key Responsibilities Exemplify our Core Values and Mission Statement to live out our culture and promote a positive and professional attitude Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates to achieve common goals and objectives Surprise and delight each client by innovating and consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner Apply for payments and send out payment reminders to ensure seamless transactions Manage flight changes and seat assignments to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth travel experiences Handle concierge-related details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations, to create unforgettable memories Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely manner Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copies, to ensure that clients are well-informed and prepared for their trips Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM to ensure accurate and up-to-date records Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Manage client profiles and bookings to ensure accuracy and attention to detail Serve as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, which may occur outside of normal office hours Continue to grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools to heighten our remote workplace culture and promote collaboration and communication among team members Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be a driven self-starter, positive thinker, proactive, and trustworthy. You should possess attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action-oriented, as this position offers a significant amount of responsibility with accountability for results.
