**Experienced Real-Time Analyst – Workforce Management and Operational Excellence at blithequark**

You will analyze forecasted details from the Economists team and develop way-forward plans to ensure peak readiness, headcount hiring, and effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes.
