We're a company that values collaboration, innovation, and community, and we're committed to providing our employees with a safe, inclusive, and creative work environment. **The Role** As a Part-Time Remote Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to subscribers regarding service inquiries and billing of memberships for our blithequark sites and publications. This role requires a polite, pleasant, and efficient manner while assisting subscribers over the phone. You will work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, with occasional weekend shifts requested as needed throughout the year.
