About the Role As a Customer Success Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers through proactive and reactive support. Your expertise in data-driven decision making will enable you to identify areas of improvement, address customer issues promptly, and provide exceptional support to our clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, punctual, and professional in their communications, with a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Monitor real-time metrics to maintain healthy call center production, proactively addressing signs of poor health and promptly responding to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborate with the blithequark Operations and Product departments, as well as BPO leads, to resolve issues related to the ordering platform or agent staffing, escalating to blithequark Account Management and Leadership as needed. Support the onboarding of new customers by creating accounts in blithequark's database, verifying telephony setup, and answering questions to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain and update blithequark's knowledge base for customers, assisting in the creation of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and excellence in customer support. Track and document all customer interactions in HubSpot, following up on open tickets from earlier in the day/week to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Contact Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive customer success. What You'll Bring to the Table To succeed in this role, you will have: 3+ years of experience in a data-heavy, technical-product-focused customer support/success role, with true call center experience being a plus. Flexible and open availability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Metrics-savvy and proactive approach, with experience monitoring metrics in real-time and making data-driven decisions to protect business stability and efficiency. Accountable and independent mindset, with a strong sense of self-direction and pride in your work, as well as a commitment to your own professional growth and the growth of blithequark. Tech-savvy skills, with experience using CRM/ticketing systems being preferred but not required. Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, you will: Be highly detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Have a strong understanding of customer success principles and practices, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Be comfortable working in a remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with CRM/ticketing systems, such as HubSpot. Knowledge of data analysis and metrics-driven decision making. Experience working in a call center or customer support environment. Certifications or training in customer success, customer support, or a related field.
