Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Admin and Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve a unique blend of administrative tasks and customer service responsibilities, with a focus on maintaining excellent communication with our customers and coordinating with our Amish team. Key Responsibilities In this exciting role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: Administration & Data Entry: Perform data entry for dairy cow sheets and conduct weekly analysis to inform our farming practices. Handle applications and submit necessary forms to ensure compliance and efficiency. Maintain calendars and schedule appointments to coordinate with our team and customers. Assist with human resources tasks, including handbook updates and paperwork to support our team's growth and development. Organize and manage our Google Drive to ensure seamless access to information and resources. Manage customer emails, calls, and texts to provide exceptional customer service and support. Customer Service: Answer calls, texts, and social media inquiries to address customer concerns and provide timely solutions. Coordinate with our Amish team for seamless operations and to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Schedule deliveries and manage customer communication regarding raw milk herdshares to provide transparent and reliable service. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide exceptional customer service and support. Experience in administration and customer service to navigate our systems and processes with ease. Proficient in Google Drive and other office applications to manage our digital resources and communicate with our team. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve results in a remote work environment.
