We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Airbnb Host Assistant to join our team, specifically to assist with claim mediation and provide top-notch support to our clients and guests through calls and chats with Airbnb. On average, our agents can earn between $300 to $700 USD per week, with the potential for more as they close more claims and demonstrate their value to our clients. Key Responsibilities Mediate claims and resolve issues between guests and hosts in a fair, professional, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with Airbnb's policies and guidelines. Communicate effectively with Airbnb through calls and chats to resolve disputes, answer questions, and provide support as needed. Manage and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner, aiming to de-escalate conflicts and promote positive outcomes. Collaborate with our internal team to ensure that all properties are well-maintained, and guest expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Stay updated on Airbnb's terms of service, policies, and best practices to provide accurate advice and support to our clients and guests. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience working directly for Airbnb or as an Airbnb BPO employee.
