Escalate complex requests to our internal team, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries. Maintain accurate customer logs and update Zendesk tickets when calls or chats occur, ensuring that all customer interactions are properly documented. Working Hours and Pay Structure We are looking for someone who can commit to working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time (USA), with some weekend availability expected on a flexible or rotating basis. You must be online, responsive, and ready to answer calls and chats during these hours, although you will only be paid for active time spent handling customer interactions. Our pay structure is designed to reward your expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with options for flat "per chat/call" rates or a low standby retainer plus per-interaction pay. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Fluent English with a clear, confident speaking voice and strong written communication skills. Prior customer service experience, preferably with custom or design products, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Comfort and confidence when interacting with U.S.-based clients over the phone and via live chat. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated working environment that ensures uninterrupted customer interactions. Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Monday.com, or Google Workspace is highly desirable, although training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
