Update patient records with breast density, follow-up dates, surgical follow-ups, and physical charts, ensuring timely and precise documentation to support patient care. Review and edit drafts for clarity, accuracy, and grammar, adhering to departmental and industry standards, and collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to clarify dictation and ensure completeness of reports. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all legal and ethical standards related to patient information and medical records, prioritizing and managing workload effectively to meet transcription deadlines and turnaround times. Essential Qualifications Proven experience as a medical transcriptionist, specifically in radiology, with a strong understanding of radiology terminology and procedures.
