Key Responsibilities Extract remittances based on standard operating procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Process and/or reconcile transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency. Ensure the appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity. Confirm equipment is operational, if applicable, and report any technical issues to the relevant teams. Provide feedback on workflow and work received, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures. Review transactions and related documents, verifying work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
