As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing advanced customer service activities and initiatives for specialized products and services * Supporting a complex dedicated suite of products/services, services a sophisticated client base, and/or leverages an advanced process or tool to support internal and external customers * Focusing on problem resolution that occurs across multiple channels for our customers * Delivering the CARES model to customers and service partners * Receiving, investigating, and responding to customer inquiries regarding complex products, services, and issues via all channels through which customers are served * Resolving customer service inquiries and issues; Recommending appropriate solutions; resolving the most complex or recurring issues, and identifying root cause and acting as an escalation point * Interacting with higher levels within the customer organization * Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with blithequark's core values * Demonstrating commitment to quality * Serving as a coach or mentor and may serve as a trainer to the customer service team * Documenting customer interactions and completing service requests to minimize customer effort or additional action **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * An Associate's degree or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties * Typically 3+ years of experience in a customer service or related field * In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered * FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) required **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, including: * Medical/prescription drug coverage (with a Health Savings Account feature) * Dental and vision options * Employee and spouse/child life insurance * Short and long-term disability protection * 401(k) with blithequark match, pension, and stock purchase plans * Dependent care reimbursement account * Back-up child/elder care * Adoption, surrogacy, and doula reimbursement * Educational assistance, including select programs fully paid * A robust wellness program with financial incentives * Paid time off, including: + Maternity and/or parental leave + Up to 11 paid holidays each year + 8 occasional absence days each year, unless otherwise required by law + Between 15 to 25 vacation days each year, depending on career level and years of service **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote-based customer service representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
