You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints, provide policy information, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. Your expertise in the property insurance space will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities** * Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat * Provide policy information, explain coverage options, and answer questions related to policies * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices * Work closely with our underwriting team to ensure accurate policy information and seamless customer experiences **Requirements** * Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license * Experience in a call center or high-incoming call volume environment * Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred * Home insurance experience highly preferred * Superior customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure * Proficient in Google suite or similar tools and comfortable navigating multiple tools and windows at the same time * A need for efficiency, always looking for ways to make processes better **Availability** We're looking for candidates who can work our following shifts (will be placed based upon need): * 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST * 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST **Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in taking care of our Kinfolk.
