About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Response Agent (Chat Support Specialist) to join our team. As a Lead Response Agent, you will play a crucial role in managing our communication with clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Philippines. Key Responsibilities As a Lead Response Agent at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Responding to messages from our ads in a timely manner, with a response time of less than 1 business day (during business hours on weekdays, this should be less than 1 hour) Organizing messages in the inbox and tracker with proper status, ensuring that all client interactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date Nurturing leads generated to ensure conversion based on the optimal conversion event for the client, using your sales skills and knowledge to drive results Monitoring comments and addressing customer questions (based on the client's chosen package), providing personalized support and resolving issues promptly Adding and/or updating existing FAQs and response templates to fit the client's needs, ensuring that our knowledge base is comprehensive and accurate Providing reports or insights with customer behavior in messages and adding suggestions on what could be improved, using data-driven insights to inform our customer service strategy Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proactive and attentive, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner Ability to multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple client interactions simultaneously Open to any educational background, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations Residing in the Philippines, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be an asset in this role: Sales experience, with a proven track record of driving results and converting leads into sales Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving results Ability to adapt to new situations and technologies, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to fostering a culture of growth and development.
