We are now seeking an experienced Global Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in managing our customer accounts and developing strategic relationships with our clients. Job Overview As a Global Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication with our key accounts clients regarding repair and spare parts orders. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide responses or alternatives to client needs, resolve disputes or blockages, and manage the resolution of AOGs (Aircraft on Ground) for your assigned client portfolio. You will also provide on-call support outside of regular working hours, in rotation with colleagues, and assist our service provider who manages 24/7 client interface. Key Responsibilities Ensure proactive communication with assigned clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Prepare and conduct ongoing reviews of repair and spare parts orders with clients to ensure timely and effective resolution Anticipate client emergencies and propose alternative solutions to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including CSSM, Repair & Spare Parts Customer Support Representative Teams, Debt Recovery & Management, and Supply Chain teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience Participate in weekly meetings with customers to discuss ongoing projects, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement Perform on-call duties one week per month in support of our service provider to ensure 24/7 client support Performance Criteria and KPIs Your performance will be evaluated based on the following key performance indicators (KPIs): Client feedback on communication quality and overall satisfaction with our services Level of outstanding payment and ability to resolve payment disputes in a timely and effective manner Percentage of AOGs covered on time and ability to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction Job Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 5 to 10 years of experience in customer support, ideally in the aerospace sector A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or a related field Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Dynamic, persistent, and customer-focused approach to work, with a strong commitment to pursuing customer satisfaction Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Strong business acumen, with good data and analytical skills, and ability to make informed decisions and recommendations Ability to evolve in an international environment with strong multi-cultural and multi-client challenges, and sensitivity to various backgrounds, experiences, and cultures Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: Experience working in a similar role, with a focus on customer accounts management and strategic client relationship development Knowledge of the aerospace industry and its regulations, standards, and best practices Proficiency in additional languages, such as French, Spanish, or Mandarin Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools and technologies Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
