About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Digital Support Squad Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers across social media and ecommerce platforms. Key Responsibilities Resolve customer issues online through software tools like Gorgias and Aircall, ensuring timely and effective solutions that meet our high standards of customer satisfaction Handle incoming tickets, website chats, and phone calls, responding to social media comments and DMs, and engaging with relevant social communities through proactive engagement efforts Make outbound calls on behalf of our clients to engage with customers requiring further sales assistance, providing personalized support and driving sales growth Follow internal processes and brand voice to respond to all customer inquiries, messages, and concerns, working collaboratively with your fellow Digital Support Squad Reps to provide solutions or determine if escalating to the client is necessary Report to the Customer Experience Manager, who will provide guidance, training, and support to ensure your success in the role Assist with developing the brand marketing strategy, leveraging your "in the weeds" knowledge of the client's customer base and community to inform our marketing efforts Support the Marketing team with other efforts, such as assisting with our "Last Eyes" process to ensure our deliverables meet the highest standards of quality Essential Qualifications At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and clients Comprehensive writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging responses to customer inquiries Strategic capacity to make important judgment calls when handling customer service tasks, such as providing refunds, reshipments, or addressing customer concerns A passion for helping people, with a customer-centric approach to your work Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends Pay exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for quality and accuracy Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or business Experience working in a digital marketing agency or ecommerce environment, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies Proficiency in French, with the ability to communicate effectively with French-speaking customers and clients Experience with software tools like Gorgias and Aircall, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
