About the Role: Customer Service Associate We are seeking an energetic, upbeat, and professional Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. As a critical contributor to our customer experience, you will play a vital role in interacting with our current and prospective customers, providing exceptional support, and driving customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, remote job, offering the flexibility to work from home, from anywhere, and at a schedule that suits your lifestyle. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first human touchpoint for our customers, and we expect you to be pleasant, a good listener, and even-tempered, with a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities: Answer a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily, promptly, accurately, and courteously, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one. Track orders promptly and accurately, ensuring that customers receive their products on time and in good condition. Recognize and respond to cross-sell opportunities presented in order calls or email requests, driving sales growth and customer loyalty. Resolve customer service problems promptly and accurately, within proscribed company guidelines, and in a manner designed to retain and promote customer loyalty. Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Essential Qualifications and Requirements: Must have a dedicated office/space that includes a computer, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset, ensuring that you have the necessary tools to perform your job effectively. Must be willing to work 7:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time, with flexibility to work overtime hours and weekends during holiday seasons. Must have at least 6 months of experience working remotely, with a proven track record of productivity and self-motivation. Must have at least two years of experience working in a customer service position, providing support through email, calls, chat, and social media. Must have 1 year of experience working with Zendesk or a customer service ticketing system, with strong computer skills and data-entry/keyboard skills. Must have experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and more, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Must be willing to work overtime hours and weekends during holiday seasons, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing business needs. Must be able to effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with bi-lingual skills being a plus. Ability to manage and resolve conflict quickly and professionally, with a customer-first mindset and a focus on driving customer satisfaction. Must be highly organized, with excellent attention to details, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving goals. High school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Preferred Qualifications and Requirements: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven track record of adaptability and flexibility. Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Experience working with customer service software and technology, with a strong understanding of metrics and analytics. Bi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a proven track record of collaboration and teamwork.
