You will work closely with our Customer Retention Manager(s) to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. * Utilize salesmanship to maximize sales opportunities, presenting our products and services in a positive light and highlighting their benefits and value. * Suggest products and services that meet customer needs, while probing for additional information to provide tailored solutions. * Provide lighting and home décor solutions that are beneficial to the company and attractive to the customer, while preventing returns and ensuring customer retention. * Demonstrate self-confidence and a desire to go the extra mile to take care of customers from A-Z, creating a positive customer experience every time. * Partner with Management on escalated customer and product issues, identifying trends and consistently communicating them to management in measurable terms. * Provide proactive, consistent follow-up to all customer inquiries, responding to emails and chats in a timely and professional manner. * Document a complete summary of customer inquiries, actions taken, and expectations set forth on the respective order. * Maintain standards set forth by the company QA program, providing the highest quality of service while demonstrating improvements when necessary. **Essential Qualifications:** * Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or retail background, with call center experience preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate details to customers in a professional and calm manner. * Computer literate, with the ability to navigate through programs and windows. * Excellent typing and data entry skills, with the ability to multi-task and talk on the phone while typing notes. * Effective problem solver, with a strong ability to think critically and creatively. * Availability to work Saturdays, with regular job attendance required in accordance with a regular schedule established for the position by the supervisor. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and techniques. * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also being a team player and collaborator. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work from home, with a flexible schedule and autonomy to manage your work. * Comprehensive training program, including onboarding, product knowledge, and sales skills development. * Ongoing support and coaching from experienced Customer Retention Manager(s). * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for growth and development. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team. **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and customer-focused professional looking for a new challenge, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join blithequark as a Full-Time Remote Customer Retention Specialist.
