Job Overview As a Business Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be the voice of our company for our business customers. This is an in-bound call center position where you will be responsible for answering questions related to billing issues and/or general questions regarding our business services. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Answer business customer requests or inquiries concerning services and products and report problem areas. Utilize various systems and tools to assist and service customers. Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of all blithequark products, services, and promotions. Make system recommendations based on customers' equipment specifications in accordance with customer needs. Determine customer billing issues and provide solutions based on customer inquiries. Perform all other duties as assigned. Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and requirements: High school Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred. At least 1+ year of related experience in a high-volume call center environment. Must be detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow procedures. Solid problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Proven ability to deescalate or persuade customers using exemplary Customer Service, Initiative, and Problem-Solving competencies. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment. Knowledge of fiber optic communication services, including fiber internet and full-featured Fiber Phone. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other call center tools. Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
