You will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, processing patient information, and managing data entry tasks with precision and accuracy. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize blithequark's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing. * Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, and decipher clinical shorthand codes (SIG codes). * Resolve all data entry-related issues and escalate to senior-level staff as necessary. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients based on the situation. * Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements. * Make phone calls to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs. * Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas. * Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting. * Acquire a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days, and maintain a functioning expert permit or certification. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent (GED). * Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use the mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online). * Essential web search skills to include opening a program, typing in URLs in the right field, using a web search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports). * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. * Comprehensive training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. * Collaborative and supportive team environment. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and data management skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
