As a Customer Support Associate, you will be at the forefront of this mission, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with Starlink. **The Role** As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the face of Starlink to our customers, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across multiple channels. You will analyze trends, identify gaps, and design simple, effective support interventions that improve our customers' experience.
