Your key responsibilities will include: * **Drive successful adoption and retention**: Work closely with customers to ensure they're getting the most out of our products, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and developing strategies to retain their business. * **Become an expert on the value of blithequark platforms**: Develop a deep understanding of our products and their value proposition, enabling you to provide credible guidance on how best to apply the tool to our customers' specific operational processes and business challenges. * **Consultative approach**: Use a consultative approach to help customers optimize product value by teaching them how to leverage new or unused features, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and developing customized solutions to meet their unique needs. * **Manage the ongoing customer relationship**: Foster strong relationships with customers, encouraging growth, expansion, and loyalty through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and timely issue escalation. * **Identify new opportunities**: Continuously identify new opportunities to expand blithequark to support additional work processes or departments within the customer's business, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction. * **Track and close renewal business**: Monitor customer renewals, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services. * **Advocate for customers internally**: Collaborate with our Product team to translate customer feedback into product requirements, ensuring our products meet the evolving needs of our customers. * **Prime the pump for customer case studies, quotes, and testimonials**: Identify customer advocates and develop compelling stories to share with our Marketing team, highlighting the value and impact of our products. **What we're looking for** We're seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, has a knack for explaining complex concepts, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
