Job Summary As a Level 2 Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to Indiana Medicaid members. This 100% remote position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a reliable and steady income and a competitive salary. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting members with inquiries related to their Medicaid coverage, benefits, and enrollment, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records and documentation. Key Responsibilities Assist members with inquiries related to their Medicaid coverage, benefits, and enrollment, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records and documentation, utilizing various systems and software applications, including electronic health record systems, eligibility systems, claims, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Meet individual and team performance goals, focusing on accuracy, quality, and productivity, and utilizing resources to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. Transfer calls to the client's call center as appropriate, following up with supervisors on call resolution in a timely manner and assisting with client outreach requests as needed. Adhere to blithequark's values and company policies, including the confidentiality policy and protection of confidential information, and treat clients, members, patients, guests, staff, and others with care, courtesy, and respect. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or GED Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to a diverse population of members Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and resolve problems in a professional and courteous manner Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and productivity Strong knowledge of Medicaid policies and procedures, including enrollment, redetermination, plan options, and benefits Ability to type at a minimum of 45 wpm and utilize various systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office and auto-dialer tools Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: One or two years' experience in insurance, with a focus on Medicaid or a related field Knowledge of Artiva software and experience with accounts payable Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with non-English speaking members Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and support Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to a diverse population of members Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and resolve problems in a professional and courteous manner Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and productivity Strong knowledge of Medicaid policies and procedures, including enrollment, redetermination, plan options, and benefits Ability to utilize various systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office and auto-dialer tools Empathetic and sincere, with superior rapport-building skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
